Our team reviews your information and configures ResultBridge for your laboratory’s instruments, testing, quality, and compliance needs.
Review & Go Live
We review the configured environment with your team, complete implementation requirements, and prepare your laboratory to begin using the platform.
Information You’ll Need
Having the following information available will make the onboarding process easier:
- Laboratory demographics and CLIA information
- Laboratory director and key personnel
- Testing performed and instrumentation used
- Current laboratory workflow and LIS, if applicable
- Quality and compliance program information
- Primary implementation contact
Your responses help us configure ResultBridge around your laboratory’s actual testing, workflow, quality, and compliance requirements.
Complete Onboarding
Complete the Lab Demographics form first. After submitting it, complete the Personnel Demographics form for the laboratory’s testing personnel.

Complete this form first so we can establish your laboratory profile and configuration.
Personnel Information
After completing the laboratory form, provide information for the personnel associated with your laboratory.
